That's why I <3 going to college in Colorado. Decriminalization ROCKS! Theres a bench outside our dorm room where you're supposed to go if you want to smoke cigs. We go out there and smoke pot all the time. Nobody ever cares. It's fantastic. Catching people smoking pot is pretty damn low on the priorities list of the cops. In Texas where I'm from, someone could be smoking pot and someone could be raping someone, and if there was one cop, the pot smoker would get arrested.

yeah, in my parents school the teachers lounge was the smoking grounds, everytime a teacher came out smoke would billow out of the room. sometimes kids would get in and smoke weed in there.
