Use the normal Orgasm dose, not the HQ. Longtime ago I used this dose, this dose is 50 mins but you'll get a super strong orgasm. I might try it again someday.

Here is my experience using Orgasm QH
This is a dose of the experience from the female point of view. That by itself takes a bit to get your head in the right frame of mind to really understand what is going on. They start out with kissing and some petting. She must be wearing shorts because he can reach places easily. A very longtime ago I used the long version of it, I think its 50 mins. I felt some weird things, and later when the dose was almost over I had a real orgasm. It works, go for the long version.
