Effects only last a few seconds at a time?

Postby feelssogood » Tue Jun 12, 2012 4:14 pm

I have been attempting to idose now for the past few weeks, and I have never had anything that really worked. Last night I tried the marijuana (full) dose, and I think i might have felt something. For what seemed like the first 20 minutes, I felt nothing, but all of a sudden I felt simply euphoric, as if a wave of something had come and gone through me. A few seconds later though, it was all gone and nothing else happened the rest of the dose. It litterally felt as if something walked through me, from my head to my legs, and then simply vanished. I was aware that I was right after this "wave" I was breathing a lot harder and my heart was pounding, but these returned to normal after a few minutes.

Is this an actual result of the idose or is this placebo? How can I make effects like these last more than a few seconds?

I dose lying down, with a blanked covering my eyes, at night with no lights on. I try to concentrate on the white noise (hissing), and counting when I become distracted. Am I doing everything right?

Dont concentrate. Clear your mind. It takes a lot of practice but once you have it it gets easier and more natural. Let the dose become your thoughts.

^ You probably "freaked out" and focused on the effect. Learn to not do that. Takes time & practice.
