Anti-Hunger?

I think there is a Diet dose already, but I want something to lessen just the feeling of hunger. I get bored and I snack a lot, which doesn't always lead to the best food choices. I want to dose right now, but my stomach is growling and that will probably be a distraction. It's late and people are trying to sleep, so I can't just rummage through the house looking for food.
