In short, yes it works for guys.

I never "blew my load" to say the least about it. Which is good, cause you get to do it after such an amazing experience.

yeah, its definitely something worth trying, i got it to work last night (tried 2 other times with no result) and it was amazing. btw orgasm and ejaculation are 2 different things that happen simultaneously when pleasured on the outside....but this gives you just the powerful orgasm with no mess :)

yeah ejaculation is the result of glans and nerves in the genitals being stimulated, orgasm itself is 100% in the brain, just like pain.
