I don't think alot will happen only like one and a half tablespoons and i heard of people taking 4.

Over 5 can, in some individuals, lead to "nutmeg poisoning." I'd stick with MJ, if it was me.

I can't actually remember what it was. But a friend of mine just gave me a bit. It was OK but I don't think I'll be going at it by myself just yet.
