Stronger/male Multiple-O

The thing is, I've listened to Multiple-O twice. Both times, I was brought near the ''high'' point, but I can never actually get the full experience, if you will. I've noticed that females seem to have a much higher success rate with this, so I was wondering

Would it be possible to make a multiple-O that is stronger, or even just geared towards males? I'd prefer the first option, as to not leave out a gender.

I actualy had more luck with Orgasm then multiple-o. I found there were times were there would be "sweet spots" in the dose and that if they were just a little longer I'd be in extacy. I think they need to change the sexual doses to cater to the male physiology.

As I have learned from a science class, females naturally are able to experience stronger orgasm than males. No wonder us guys can't get much out of this dose. It would be nice to have something stronger.
