French Roast doesn't last long for me either. Maybe because it's only 5 minutes long it doesn't have much of a hold on you. But it works somewhat.

If you use I-doser make sure you space your times by a little bit so that you are under good circumstances to take a dose.

You could try a couple doses. I wouldn't call Opium a beginner dose though. If you have Alcohol try it, but like we all suggest for beginners, CocaineQH, Nitrous, and MarijuanaQH.

You don't have to wait at all. It's not suggested though. Usually two hours is good, but sometimes I'll dose several times within an hour.

If you reset your even better off because you don't have to wait for the effects to leave naturally through shifts in brain waves.

You get better. Your brain trains itself to concentrate on things. You'll also find that your brain will get rid of sounds that you will hear. Instead of "what was that?!" and then losing focus on the tones, you'll be able to simply ignore it.

I'm really thinking about buying Genesis because it seems like people have some cool experiences with it but if you think MarijuanaQH would be better for me then I guess I'll get that.

Oxy is one of the lucky few doses that go on my iPod (WAV is not lossy, too bad it takes up so much space:( ) Along with Vico, White Crosses, MarijuanaQH and one or two others (depending on the week)

Oh. VICO! Try vico. Amazing dose. I'm doing it now. I think a lot of people over play the marijuanaQH sounds. If you can't get through the first time, go back in and you'll know it happens, so you'll be more prepared. I'll admit I was scared my first time (didn't know it was coming) but the second time I aced it.

Anestesia's also good. You could do Alcohol too. Oh yeah, I forgot. Oxy; yes, oxy is good.

What do you mean by "come down"? Do you feel depressed or tired afterwards or something? I've never done actual drugs so I wouldn't know lol

Update: I tried CocaineQH and I got muscle spasms and I feel more awake but that's about it. I'll keep on trying it and hopefully I get more effects.

I still think my mind is to busy to get good effects so I'm trying to work on that and focus more but my mind is still really busy.

One thing I noticed about all the doses is that they seem like they change your breathing. Most of the time when I listen to a dose it becomes a little harder for me to breath but other times it becomes a lot easier for me to breath.

I was dead tired yesterday so I used the French Roast dose and I think it worked because I felt more awake after listening to it but the effect didn't last long since i was so tired.

I'm going to try and use I-Doser at least twice a day so hopefully I start getting the effects soon.

Should I try more than one dose just stick with one until I start feeling its effects? I have the Alcohol and Opium dose and I was thinking about trying those if they're good for beginners.

Only you can truly tell yourself how long you wan't to wait.
I've done nitrous about 15 times and it doesn't work on me.
