It's a good idea, only because the previous dose may have had some effect you just weren't aware of.

Use reset or condition before every dose so the effect will be stronger!

I'm new to dosing but from what I read, reset is used when your using different doses during one listening. Use it whether or not you feel anything, because your brain wave is set for the previous dose. If the same dose is used then, imo, there is no need for a reset. Condition is used to make the dose stronger.
