Lucid Dream

Even seasoned dosers like me need help . I've been doing lucid dream for sometime now and it aint working. Am i supposed to fall asleep while listening or after?

Take it before go to sleep,after the dose go to sleep you will have a dream where you are conscious...

Not always true. I have tried it, both during and before sleep, and I still do not have conscious dreams. I do dream, yes, but it takes time to master it

Thanks guys, yeah most doses work for me but i just cant seem to get lucid dream to work and its the one i want the most!
