im thinking of a dose that has some effects such as colourful waves comes out from your hand and energy . is it possible to make something like that?

If you want to be some super hero then you need Out-of-Body or Astral Projecting where you can leave your body and do whatever you want

Dude, no matter what the experience, you're still just listening to sounds. Now, doses like Hand of God and Gates of Hades, as well as Out of Body, may cause a good bit of fear in a subject, but there's no danger. Your perception and outlook on life might change as a result of experiencing higher consciousness, and even other dimensions, but you are never in any real danger. It is just fear, and once you push through it, you'll find that everything's just fine.
