Ok this dose is really freaking me out lol so far I've done it twice and by the end it feels like a blanket full of lead is covering my whole body, and my whole body is numb. I dont know if this is normal but when I get up it is extremely hard to move can anyone explain to me what is going on or should I keep proceeding to listen ??

Well I have never done this particular dose, but from reading things about astral projection and such similar topics, what you're experiencing should mean you are/were about to actually project, if that's what you're aiming for dude/dudette- you're on the money and it should be normal.
then again, haven't used this dose but I'm just going from stuff I know about the topic in particular, not just the dose itself.
don't let it freak you out my fellow human, I'd say proceed with the listening if you're ready for the journey-confidence is key, remember it's just soundwaves and your brain working together

Yes it works,my friend have tried it at home and he almost have leaved his body.To be exact he got straight up his half body(without the legs)and then he said that some thing just pulled him back.

Well i have tried it couple of times but i am too afraid to relax.Thats why i ask my friend to try the hallucinogenic doses,he is very suitable to I-doser and he was having some good trip from Trip and freaking out from Divinorum.Well when i call him over to try Astral again i am gonna share his experience.
