Application Troubleshooting: I-Doser.com makes no claims to the effectiveness of these procedures. They were submitted by the I-Doser Community as possible fixes to application issues. Use at your own risk.
Error Message: "This dose is licensed for another computer. Please purchase a dose for this computer."
When you purchase an I-Doser .drg Dose File, it is licensed to just the computer you buy it on. If you attempt to copy this file to another computer, it will not run. Please purchase separate doses for separate computers.
There has been an error while loading the file <path>, debug data <numbers>, Error number 75, Path/File access error, source: I-Doser.com
Your .drg file is read only.
1. Close I-Doser and locate the .drg file in Windows Explorer.
2. Right-click the file and select "Properties."
3. Uncheck the Read-only check box.
4. Click the OK button.
5. Open the dose again in I-Doser.
Any Error:
Make sure you have the latest version of I-Doser. Many bugs have been fixed in the new version.

Error Message: "Error 481: Invalid Picture"
1. Close I-Doser
2. Go to START -> Control Panel
3. Go to Regional and Language Options.
4. Then on the main page for Regional and Language Options do following: On the first language line click and find "English (United States). On the other (below) choose United States, press Apply and Ok.
5. Open I-Doser.
1. Close the I-Doser application.
2. Download this file COMDLG32.OSX
3. Copy COMDLG32.OSX to the WINDOWS\system32 directory on your C: drive (for Windows 95, 98, or ME: \windows\system\) (for Windows NT or 2000: \WINNT\system32\)
4. Click on the "Start" button and then click on "Run".
5. According to your Operating System, type the following command to register this library file:
Windows 95, 98, or Me:
regsvr32 \windows\system\COMDLG32.OCX
Windows NT or 2000:
regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\COMDLG32.OCX
Windows XP:
regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX
7. You should see a message saying "DllRegisterServer ... succeeded"
7. Open the I-Doser application.
Error Message: Any "ctrl_skinableform" related error message.
Fix:
1. Close the I-Doser application.
2. Download the following file: idoser_patch.zip
3. Open idoser_patch.zip with Winzip, or a similar zip utlility.
4. Extract all the files in idoser_patch.zip to the WINDOWS\system32 directory on your C: drive (for Windows 95, 98, or ME: \windows\system\) (for Windows NT or 2000: \WINNT\system32\)
5. Open the I-Doser application.
6. If the I-Doser application does still not open: Close the I-Doser application and register each. ocx file in idoser_patch.zip using the following method:
Click the "Start" button and then click on "Run".
According to your Operating System, type the following command to register this library file:
Windows 95, 98, or Me:
regsvr32 \windows\system\FILENAME.OCX
Windows NT or 2000:
regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\FILENAME.OCX
Windows XP:
regsvr32 \windows\system32\FILENAME.OCX
Where FILENAME.OCX is for each .ocx file in the idoser_patch.zip (MSCOMCTL.OCX, MSDXM.OCX, and MSINET.OCX). You will have to register each OCX file.
7. Open the I-Doser application.
